If you need to guarantee yourself a table, we advise you that you come early to secure it.

We do not take individual table reservations

Red Bear is 21+ after 8pm on Fridays and Saturdays and during all performance events

You must be at least 21 to purchase or be served alcohol. Please make sure you have a valid and unexpired ID with you before visiting.

If you are purchasing alcohol for multiple people they will be required to show their ID’s as well before we can serve you.

Special Events & Group Reservations

The Red Bear Team can't wait to work with you to make your next event unforgettable!

Before you submit a request please read the following:

We do not take special event reservations or requests:

  • Monday-Wednesday after 4pm

  • Fridays and Saturdays
    unless you are interested in a full buyout of the entire taproom

  • We do not take requests or reservations on our weekly event nights including: Drag Bingo (Every Tuesday) and Trivia (Every Monday & Wednesday), Fridays & Saturdays, during Seahawks Football televised games, and certain event periods of the year including Capital Pride, Holidays, and DC Beer Week.

  • We only take reservations and event requests for groups larger than 30+ people.

  • We do not have a private room. Just our main brewery taproom the has a front bar and back bar area. (Back bar area with stage pictured above)

  • The Patio/Outdoor space is not able to be reserved. We keep this area open to the public at all times, unless a full buyout.

  • We do not allow outside catering, food, or desserts due to health code stipulations. No desserts, cakes, etc.

  • All reservations will require a beverage minimum, all guests are required to be on one tab. No separate checks.

  • Events for groups larger than 100 people will require a full buyout of the taproom.

  • Buyouts are available in two general timeframes 12pm - 6pm, and 6pm to Close.

  • Generally we require at least 3 weeks advance notice for event and reservation bookings.

  • Our max capacity is 300 people. We cap events at 275 guests for safety reasons.

  • All event bookings are subject to availability and price increases and/or exclusion at certain times of the year

We will reach out to you directly to confirm within 3- 4 business days, to provide available dates and a beverage minimum. Please provide alternate dates if available. We do not take inquiries over the phone, you must submit a form through this button below.
